In case you hadn't heard about the Kidde fire extinguisher recall, here is a link below:

https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2017/kidde-recalls-fire-extinguishers-with-plastic-handles-due-to-failure-to-discharge-and#.Wfr3FggcNkQ

Two of my four home extinguishers were on the recall list!

Pass along as you see fit!   Smiley

Likely will try PITT RACE again next year, though I never could get through the "sand corner" very good this year, almost spun every time.  Roll Eyes

Simi, you and Aaron went to Bristol this year, would you do Bristol again?  Smiley

A few of things:

Picking up Mr. MCCarthy's old 2.5 RS tomorrow for a winter car so I can park the 350Z until spring.   When spring rolls around I will give the Subie to my son as his first car.  I've driven the Z in the winters the last few years with snow tires, it actually was not bad.

Completing the reconstruction of my 72 Volvo 1800E so I can sell it on BAT this spring.

After selling the Volvo then I will be buying a friends uber fast auto-x car/trailer combo and finding a tow vehicle.   I will run the car in pax class, and assuming I can actually remember how to drive fast, it should do well.

That's about it.
At least post it here first so you can be entertained by lowball offers of the OVR faithful (i.e., me).

Well, Mike has my FR-S and is currently prepping it for SSC. I was gonna see if I could hop in for a National Event or two, but seeing as I have a fun as hell STi sitting in the garage, Im not gonna be too disappointed if I end up being an SM back marker, especially if it means getting to watch you co-drive with Mike.

I'm thinking we will have capability to still run, but have Trev jump in if we plan accordingly. In addition to FR-S/STi, I'll have a couple others ride available for Natl events.
Translated, "Alan we are going to whore out your car until it's a shadow of its former self."

Shes been whored out plenty all ready. The old girl might be the looker she was a few years ago, but shes got experience on her side Wink

The usual sort of off-season maintenance for the Miata. Getting more serious about trailer shopping the closer we get to the start of national events in the spring.

Thanks all!

Mike, appreciate any seat time you can offer.  Please reach out to me if you would like to do any planning.
