Bill,

Wow! 3,740 photos, your finger sore? How did you keep the lens clean?
Great work, Thanks

Bill, if I sent you a CD could I possibly get all the pics of #65 from the weekend?  I was thinking of printing a few off to put up in my garage.  If that's cool with you PM me your address and I'll send it over Smiley  Thanks!

I put together a couple of videos and used your photos (with credit) to fill in the runs that I missed.

Interesting vids.  You seem to do a lot of shifting and off throttle stuff, then sudden full boost, wheel spinning (cone hitting) sections.  You've probably already tried it, but have you ever done a course all in 2nd gear?  You're probably making as much power off boost as my blue car does at it's peak Tongue  To bad it's possibly getting retired.  I'd be tempted to ask if you wanted to swap at the rallyx like we're doing at autox.

I generally keep second gear once I hit it.  I'll only downshift on a tight section or if I falter (or if by chance third gear is used).  The first half of day 1 was 1st all the way through the double-S and then I would go back down before the berm, but could have probably held second.  Second half of day 1 and all of day 2 was second gear as soon as I could get out of 1st.

Logging boost shows an average of roughly 12 PSI if I'm even in positive pressure at all.  Rarely will I get my 20+ out of the course.  It just feels like poo in vacuum Wink

I'll know in the next week or two if the Galant will be running and we'll see about a co-drive in the dirt as well.

Let me know if you need a hand with the Galant when I get back.

Using the stills and the video makes for a great movie. Of course it helps that bill takes all those stills to allow you to do it. Anyway, very creative video work.
