Maintenance/repair needed for Pontiac Solstice T4 car

I thought I had a mechanic lined up to replace the oil pan on my 06 Solstice Touring 4 car. Been a race car since day 1 and should be easy to work on (like new condition). That plan isn't working out and I need to get the replacement pan installed. Book labor calls for something like 12h which seems high (even to the guy I was talking to)... I need to find a shop that can do this work along with (possibly) some other things I'd like to get done:
Cat removed and replaced with a test pipe
Tune once above is done
Replace the transmission (I have the replacement)
Replace the clutch/flywheel (will do when the trans work is done just because)
The big thing is fixing the pan. I don't have the garage space (or the time) to deal with this right now. I'd like to make some race weekends this year, but am dead in the water until this one issue is corrected. The other work is more nice to have - the oil pan is the must be done.
I know we have several folks on here who own shops or do this type of work. Let me know who can help and we will get it scheduled.
Thanks!

Looks like Bruno is going to take care of me. He is working on the details and we will connect in about 2 weeks to firm up the work and schedule the drop off/repair. I'm very happy to give business to an OVR member/supporter! Can't wait to get this thing fixed and back to the track! Thanks to everyone who responded!
