I might just give this a try. Of course, I might only end up running for 500M, then walk the other 4,500M. Who wants to join me?

I can't run the full 5k as my cardio fitness is not quite back post surgery. So, my strategy is to run 2 minutes, walk a minute, run 2 minutes, walk a minute. Rinse, repeat. I did the 11 mile Tough Mudder using that strategy.
