There are a few pages out there that you need to change for more privacy.  I wouldn't use the WIFI Sense, which shares your WIFI with contacts
I have it on both my Desktop, and my laptop. Put it on the wife's laptop too.
I am getting used to it. I had WIN7, because I didn't like Win 8.1.
It takes some of the best of both WIN7 and WIN 8. It seems faster that WIN7 too.

Bad: It does updates all by itself.  If you turn your computer on and you are surfing the web, or working on a spreadsheet, it installs updates and reboots it for you, without warning. It did that when I was playing a game. I had to find a way to turn that stuff off.

So I say, yes, just find a webpage that shows you how to enhance your privacy.
