Back when I wanted to roll the fenders on my Miata the Eastwood fender rolling tool was something like $250, so I bought a kids Louisville Slugger wood baseball bat for $15, grabbed my heat gun, and went to work. Ended up working very well, didn't crack the paint at all, and had enough of a roll to fit the wider tires when I had it slammed. The Eastwood tool is down to $120 now, and the knockoff is $60 at Amazon. If I were to do it now, I'd just spring for the $60 for the knockoff tool on Amazon.
The baseball bat was my method on the Civic. But, I didn't give a rat's patoot about the paint so I didn't bother with the heat gun.
There is beauty in those cheap cars.
